PLASTIC CHALLENGE

In the month of March the students of PHS were given an enthusiastic challenge of plastic bottle collection.

The students of class 6th to 10th worked hard to collect plastic bottles. Every day the bins were full of plastic bottles. The class which collected the highest number of plastic bottles overall would be awarded. The final date of collecting plastic bottles was declared on 14th April. The winners were announced on 15th April. The school moreover collected 16,000 bottles by which they have collected 6,000 of amount which would be given to charity. The first place of winner goes to 9th Giraffes by collecting 5,506 plastic bottles and even the class teacher was awarded, the second place goes to 10th doves, and the third place goes to 8th Darwins.

Sadhvi said that “I felt very happy when we won the plastic bottle challenge, it will be remained one of my best moments in my life.”Veena said that “Even though we did not win the plastic bottle challenge I am very happy that I have participated in the challenge and tried my level best to win the challenge.”  Neelam said that “For day 1 to last our class teacher has encouraged us a lot by which we got a sporting spirit to give our best and won the challenge”. Even the Class teacher of 9th giraffe’s was very happy.

FIinally, the plastic bottle challenge was end by taking  the  step  towards  conserving  the  environment  and  helping  the  poor  by donating the amount to the charity.

The reason why we choose Presidency school is that it has the best curriculum and is implemented in ways other school fail to. “My child feels very happy and is very enthusiastic to attend the school.
