Our mentor Mrs. Manga, who has got 20+ years of teaching experience, currently working as a teacher at an Special-Ed school in USA, visited our school and shared her valuable inputs with our teachers through hands-on engagement workshops with our teachers.
She appreciated the way our curriculum is designed and the style of lesson delivery we have been executing especially in the subjects Mathematics, Science and English. She moderated few brainstorming sessions with our primary school staff on the best practices for engaging children in the classroom and giving differentiated instructions, an innovative approach to make learning easy, for children with diverse level of competencies.
She has also given demonstrations on teaching ‘Read with expressions’ to reflect the emotions carried in the content they read and best practices in classroom management. Our teachers are working hard and brainstorming to find the ways to inculcate the innovative methods shared by her. We will post the impact stories soon, stay tuned at this space!
