“A Book is a Man’s Bestie” – said someone. Our school has organised a book fair during September 8th to 10th, to encourage students read books. There were many interesting books in the fair and everyone loved them a lot.
This book fair was organized in collaboration with Scholastic Publishers. The range included fiction, non-fiction, sci-fi, educational books, puzzles etc. Students came in large number to purchase the books. Some of them even received gifts for their purchase. Students felt very happy when their parents gifted them with their favourite books.
When we interviewed a 4th class boy, he said “I bought a comic. I like it a lot. The books were very nice”. A parent said “My child bought a storybook and a dairy. She writes it daily. I am very happy. I hope this fair will encourage my kid in reading more books”.
