Exercise helps to strengthen muscles. Besides enjoying the health benefits of regular exercise, people who are physically fit are better able to handle physical and emotional challenges in the most convincing manner.
To teach our Class IV students about muscle growth, we took them to a local gym. Our students were excited to know different exercise equipment like Treadmill, Dumbbells, Barbells, Exercise benches, Punching bags and their usage. They also observed how people exercise and build muscles by expansion and contraction of their muscles.
One of the children expressed that “I and my father exercise daily”. Another one exclaimed, “Our family practice yoga daily”. It was a great trip filled with fun and learning together!
Our Children acquired knowledge of physical fitness and understood that exercising daily makes their muscles strong and make them healthy.
