“Yaaay! One more field trip” exclaimed a student of 9th class. This time students of 9th class were taken on a field trip to M.K. Paper Mills located in Gundaram on 2nd August.
This was an educational trip for the students of 9th class which helped them know about the process of manufacturing craft paper used to make cardboard. This factory manufactures two types of papers. One is exported from the USA which is one time recycled and the other is of India which is recycled many times.
M.K Paper Mills is one of the famous mills located in Nizamabad which makes 120 tonnes of craft paper on a daily average. The factory has different kinds of machines and many skilled workers.
“It was a great experience visiting the paper mill. This was truly the best field trip and the people over there were so welcoming. It was very enjoyable and we are looking forward to such trips in future,” said J. Vaishnavi of 9th Flamingoes.
“I am very happy and fortunate to learn about manufacturing paper which is useful in our life and it is good that our school is encouraging practical knowledge,” said Mounika of 9th Magpies.
Appreciating the students of Presidency one of the members of the factory expressed, “It was great watching the students very excited to learn about the manufacturing of craft paper and they were very supportive and disciplined.”
The students were very happy and they are hoping to go on such trips in future and learn things practically.
