One will definitely be surprised at the relation between BANANA’S Day and Cricket.
Actually “Cricket changed my life” is a book read by Alwaz of class IX Magpies. He shared his experience with the book and quoted, “I read the book named ‘Cricket changed my life’. In this book, it was about every cricketer briefly.”
This month BANANA’S Day was held on 19th August. As usual, students came with a banana and a storybook. This time parents were also invited. Parent of one of our students, A. Bhargavi, shared, “This was very interesting and I’m feeling my day very well. Thank you all the staff for conducting such enthusiastic events.” And also Parent of T. Dhanush shared her experience, “I am very happy today because I played a role a teacher in this school, but this time I came up as a parent which was very interesting and it’s a great experience.”
Mounika of class IX Magpies shared, “I read about the book named ‘The girl in room 105’. It is very interesting and it is very lengthy too.” Another student shared, “As usual I enjoyed this event, even more than the last one. Hope the coming months would bring much more excitement.”
So, lastly, I can conclude that this was a great event and I hope parents also support the children at home to inculcate the habit of reading in them.
