Storytime is back again! It’s an exciting time for our kids to read a favourite book along with their parents in the class. This month’s Bananas Day was conducted on 16th Sep. Most of the parents turned up this time to utilize the opportunity to read a storybook along with their child, which helps in inculcating the habit of reading in children as well as parents.
Parents became aware of the importance of reading books and started showing more interest to read books for their children and started encouraging their kids to read books in RAZ kids app. Parents responded well on this Bananas Day and felt happy to listen to their children summarizing the story they read.
One of the parents excitedly shared “Superb experience to read with my child in her class with her classmates. Enjoyed the day”. A parent shared “I understood the importance of reading books. I will encourage my children to read books and even I will try, to spend some time reading books for them at least once in a week”.
We expect this Bananas Day motivates parents to encourage their children to develop the habit of reading for pleasure.
