Individual Champions Celebrate Success!
The two winning students acquired the highest number of points for individual sports and representing teams. K. Vamshikrishna was this year’s champion boy after gaining several points in the 200mtr, 100x400mtr relay, high jump, hand ball, tug of war and volleyball. The Championship girl was B. Manogna who earned points in Kho Kho, handball, high jump, tug of war and volleyball.
Vamshikrishna, who wants to become an engineer or join the military said, “I request all students be confident and teachers to encourage students who have talent in sports”. Vamshikrishna said “I feel very happy and proud, it means a lot to me and is the beginning step of my success”. In order to be the winner he said “I had to have good physic, self confidence and good encouraging friends”.
Manogna, who would like to carry on her handball career and to one day make it as a IAS Officer said after winning here trophy, “I’m so proud and would like to thank P.E. sirs for helping me in becoming good at games. I think it’s a wonderful memory, and my hard work and self confidence have helped me be champion. She also said “I hope my friends make sport apart of their lives, and that teachers motivate students to play”.
