The results are back with an adventurous journey towards PHS Head boy and Head girl of 2017.
Head boy and Head girl play a vital role in developing the life of the school. The elections were held on January 8th 2017 among the upcoming students of 10th standard to decide the Head boy and Head girl. The nominees for Head boy were Nachiketh, Manoj Tomar, Suhas Subedhar, Vipul, Sahaj Kumar. The nominees of Head girl were Vaishnavi,Nandini,Shradha sravan,Amrutha,Keerthi sai.
The students from class 6th to 10th voted. Everyone was given a polling chit in which they could tick the name of Head boy and Head girl they choose. The chits were to be put in the polling boxes. The adult franchise is 18 years to vote whereas in PHS the students of class 6th to 10th could be the voters. The members who contested were eager to hear the results. Everyone keenly waited for the results. The replies of the voters were like Suchi said that “I think the Head girl will be Vaishnavi.” Suchi’s friend Harshitha said that “The elections were free and fair. Harshitha’s friend Nikshitha said that “Though the adult franchise is 18 years but our school gave an opportunity to vote in the elections.”
At last on 26th January the results were revealed that Head boy is Manoj Tomar and Head girl is Shradha Shravan.
