Presidency wishes to give an idea to the children about the functioning of multiplexes in India. So, it had arranged a meet with a great personality Mr. Swaroop C.E.O. of multiplexes to the students.
Mr. Swaroop shared his life time experience in working with group of people who helped him to run the theaters successfully. Though he studied B.COM as he is passionate about movies he turned his career towards it. He had setup his first theater in the year 2004.He worked around the clock and came up with innovative ways to create a better atmosphere in the premises of theater. Like providing blankets, comfortable seats, protein rich and delicious food in canteen. The best innovative way he implemented not to spit and to maintain a clean environment was to educate them.
He is a role model as he didn’t give up at his difficulties.”IF U WANT SUCCESS, JUST KEEP YOUR EGO ASIDE.” These words were very inspiring. These words were changing the mindset of students regarding how to plan and work hard to lead a successful life.
Even the students were very curious about how he was able to run the theaters successfully. So, many students had interviewed him about it. Finally students had a great experience with him.
