Presidency is shifting to a new campus with the same glory. The new campus is under construction right now and hopefully will be completed February 2018. The new home for PHS is located in Borgoan. This new campus is bigger and better and will contain many good features.
The new campus will have innovative learning spaces so that students get to learn in a friendly and peaceful environment. The campus is spread over an area of 4 acres which can accommodate a total of 800 students in its first phase. The architect of the campus is Girish Doshi and the structural engineer is Mr. Himanshu (Mr. Himanshu has designed the biggest outdoor bamboo structure in Hyderabad).
Shravya mam (the director of Presidency) said that,” The new campus will have innovative learning spaces and will help students build interest towards learning.” Shravya mam also said that, “The new campus will have special features like a slide to come from the first floor to the ground floor. This campus is constructed using basics of science like the openings would be narrow to pressurize the air and cool it down.” Shravya mam added that, “The campus will not have corridors and the classes would be trapezoidal and will have 2 levels of ceiling. The campus also has an outhouse which allows students to sit out and learn.”
The present 10th batch of Presidency is not fortunate enough to study in the new campus. But we hope that all other students find it exciting here in the new campus.
This new campus will make Presidency one of a kind.
