Young journalists of PHS now got a platform here at “PHS Press Club” for covering the latest and trending news and events going on in Presidency.14 students were selected as a part of this club and these students can now publish newsworthy information on the school website and face book page.
Most of the schools don’t update their news/information on their school website. So it is boring to visit those websites/face book pages and repeatedly read the same information. Presidency has decided to update the news and information about the school on its website every week. This can let parents and other people know about the activities going on in Presidency. Information regarding past, forthcoming occasions/events and any newsworthy information can be published.
Mr. Martin said,”Students of the press club must try to complete their articles as early as possible, so that the events can be more lively and realistic.” Later on Neeraj sir said,” Students can also take help of their teachers in order to complete their articles.” This Press Club will surely enhance the journalism skills of the students as they get to interview and investigate in order to collect details of an event. This could be a lifetime experience for the members of the Press Club.
Presidency hopes that this attempt will turn out to be successful.
